HelpSpace is built to need as little of your information as possible.
Last updated: 15 October 2026
HelpSpace uses your browser’s local storage for a small number of things. This information never leaves your device unless you choose to share it.
You can view a summary of this and delete it in Settings.
Reflections are optional free-text notes saved only on your device. Please avoid entering sensitive personal or health information anywhere in HelpSpace. Because reflections are stored in your browser, they can be seen by anyone with access to this device.
This build includes no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. If a future version adds privacy-respecting, aggregated usage measurement, this statement will be updated first to explain exactly what is measured and how to opt out.
If you use the feedback form, you give us the information you choose to type in, which may include your name and email if you provide them. In this demonstration build, feedback is stored locally by the site rather than sent to a third party. For a live deployment, feedback would be handled according to this statement and only used to respond to you and improve the service.
Our directory links to third-party websites and services. Once you follow a link, that organisation’s own privacy policy applies. We encourage you to check it before sharing personal information.
HelpSpace is written to be usable by young people, and some course content is designed for ages 12 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because progress and reflections stay on the device, parents and carers can clear them in Settings.
