We want HelpSpace to work well for as many people as possible, including people using assistive technology.
Last updated: 15 October 2026
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We test as we build and treat accessibility as part of the design, not an afterthought.
We are still improving. Current limitations may include some complex interactive elements in courses where we are refining screen reader announcements, and relying on the accessibility of third-party websites linked from our directory. We review these regularly.
If something does not work for you, please tell us through the feedback form and choose the accessibility topic. Include the page, what you were trying to do and the assistive technology you use if you are comfortable sharing it.
You can change the theme and reduce motion in Settings & accessibility. Most browsers and operating systems also offer text-size, high-contrast and zoom settings that work with HelpSpace.
